Dining Kitchen: Modern well equipped kitchen with granite worktops including an Aga range oven (not on in the summer months) modern electric 2 oven cooker, American style Fridge Freezer with ice maker, espresso coffee machine, dishwasher, farmhouse kitchen table seating 8. 

Lounge: Traditional features such as beamed ceiling, wood burning fire (starter pack of logs provided), 3 large comfortable sofas,  42" Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD Player with surround sound.

Large Conservatory:  Additional dining, seating, TV, games box and access to garden etc.

Utility: Additional fridge freezer, sink, microwave, washer, dryer, ironing board, iron, access to downstairs shower room and toilet. Lots of room for dog basket/cage.

Porch: A place for your coats and boots.

Ground floor Shower room & WC

Bedroom 1: This is the first master en-suite shower bedroom which has a high beamed ceiling a king sized four poster bed. Wardrobe and drawer combination, dressing table, chair, 2 windows with views over the farm, fields and beyond.

Bedroom 2: This is the second en-suite shower bedroom and has beamed ceiling a 24" TV/DVD Combo, built-in floor to ceiling wardrobe with drawer combination. Can be either a super king or twin beds. 

Bedroom 3: This is a double bedroom with high, beamed ceiling, built in cupboard, 24” TV\DVD Combo.

Bedroom 4: Open views across the farm and fields. Bunk beds suitable for adults as well as children, dressing table, stool and a wardrobe.

Bathroom: Fully tiled bathroom with double ended bath and towel radiator.

Outside: We are located down a private farm track which can be a little uneven at the top. Parking for 3 cars at the side of the cottage then additional parking in car park,  patio area with dining and additional seating, Hot Tub for 6 people under a large purpose built covered area with additional seating, large modern decking area with fire pit, lawned garden area and peaceful countryside.

Hot Tub - The water is changed between each booking. Daily chemical tests and cleaning will also be carried out during your stay.

We provide: High quality Bed linen and towels, Long Ing Farm bath robes (over 16's), tea towels, dishcloths, ironing board and iron, 2 hairdryers.

We also provide a limited supply of: Washing up liquid, dishwasher tablets, kitchen rolls, toilet rolls, laundry products.
